• Maintaining a small supportive school
  environment with a limited enrollment and a
  teaching ratio of 1 teacher to 15 students or
  fewer
• Each student will create with staff a continuous
  learning plan to accommodate recovery goals,
  special needs and career goals.
• Hiring and keeping quality, caring staff; who are
  knowledgeable and understanding about
